And their prices arn't to bad either. *sigh* Really how awesome is deco tape! I know everyone loves it, whoever came up with that idea was genius.

‘22’ is a group show opening Friday 18th June 2010 at The National Grid Gallery in Brookvale. (Sydney) The exhibition is a celebration female artistic talent from around the world. Each artist has been requested to produce an original piece specifically for this event. None of the work will have been seen anywhere before.The band 'KissKiss n Tell' will also be performing LIVE on the night.

Papier Mache

Found this very cute online childrens magazine today 'Papier Mache' , which showcases mostly handmade goods. Lots of very pretty, cute things. There are so many adorable things for children's these days, it makes me never want to grow up, I just want to run away to a world of imagination and play. Oh and it's an Australian publication too, making it all the more wonderful :) They have a pretty blog too.

Etsy Find: mamas little babies

I have a great weakness for vintage things, and vintage things that are modernised , like these brooches and necklaces created from vintage Victorian Era images which are printed onto plastic. Created by Mamas Little Babies on etsy. So pretty!!

I wait by the phone...

I had a sudden rush of inspiration, last night, to continue my Disband story somewhat, and create this sweet little illustration. I also realized I hadn't done a phone illustration before, and how could I not when I love old vintage phones! Now available in my shop :)

In other news, my Dad got back from a work trip to London, and brought me back some gorgeous Liberty fabric!! yay, I do love pretty liberty florals.

Alice in Wonderland inspired cards

I just finished creating this fun digital card set inspired by 'Alice in Wonderland'. It' s sort of my own crazy interpretation of Alice in Wonderland, using vintage ephemera.

How adorable are these spoon men! When I was little we used to create character from wooden spoons, and we'd stick wool on the top for hair, and make clothes for them.
