Mushroom brooches

They were a hit at there debut at finders keepers market, and now they are available online!
I made a some of these for the finders keepers market, just as something extra, and they got snapped up so quickly, I couldn't believe how popular they were. So now I have finally made some more to sell on etsy.

telephone

There may be a new highly coveted iphone coming out, but on my wish list was an old vintage Bakelite Telephone.
Which I was lucky enough to receive today for my 23rd birthday. :) The phone has a lovely old fashioned ring, and works perfectly. I love it.

sketch book

Photobucket

I recently bought a book called 'Sketchbook' by Timothy O'Donnell. A very inspiring book that shows the sketch books of designers, revealing those initial concept sketches.
The book encourages designers to start drawing and doodling before going to the computer and starting to create.
There is something very beautiful and fascinating about sketch books, they give a small glimse into the inner workings of a creative mind.

For some inspiration:
Ted McGrath, and his awesome doodles, and an amazing sketch book interview

Chain scarf

Photobucket

The weather is getting colder here in Sydney and I've started pulling out the gloves, socks and scarves.
These awesome chain scarves have been around a while, but I'm yet to see any here in Sydney, maybe I'm not looking in the right places.
If only I was better at knitting... maybe I could try the fabric one.

2.The Cambridge chain, Yoko
3.Dookie Chain in Denim, NaKIMuli

My vintage wish list

1. A black vintage Bakelite phone
2. Owl painting, (from Olive Vintage)
3. A globe (image from Maries Vintage)
4. Anything union jack. I'd really like a cushion made from a vintage union jack, but can't seem to find the perfect one, well at least not one for less than $200!!
Also, I want that house, how gorgeous is it
