oh christmas tree

This year I have decided to do something a little different for a xmas tree. Rather than ye ole pine tree, I'm opting for white sticks. This may sound odd.. but I'm not completely mad.
You see I had seen these twig trees in shops used for displaying jewelery. I wanted something to display my spare bird cage decorations on, and thought such a thing would be perfect.

So far I have one twiggy thing I bought. and I intend to paint so more twigs white to go with it.

Toilet rolls have been often used for craft, especially at christmas, to make things like christmas crackers. But have you ever seen toilet rolls like this?? truly amazing!
